The Lozziwurm is a colorful, twisting, tubular play structure designed by Swiss artist Yvan Pestalozzi in 1972. It was installed for the first time in the U.S. at the Carnegie Museum of Art as part of the 2013 #CarnegieInternational. It reflected the 2013 International’s engagement with the city of Pittsburgh, the museum’s public, and concepts of play. . Surprising, welcoming, and accessible to all, this pocket park represents our continuing commitment to families and exploration. .
