This past Memorial Day weekend was a great weekend with family, friends and racing. Getting up Monday morning to complete the #murphchallenge is a special feeling. Knowing people around the country are participating to honor those who sacrificed all. The Murph Challenge is an extremely hard exercise circuit that honors U.S. Navy SEAL LT. Michael Murphy who designed the workout while on deployment. He was later killed in combat and received the Medal of Honor posthumously for his bravery. Thank you for your service LT and all the men and women who, just like you, made the ultimate sacrifice for their country! 🇺🇸 The 600 was a great showing of the progress we are making at RFR with a top 5 at a track we have struggled at in recent years.
