#AD Now that school is out, it is time for summer vacation! While we won’t be leaving the States this season, I have always wanted to travel to England. My husband is of English descent and introduced me to many dishes like these Beef Pasties. Since I love to dabble with my food, I decided to put a spin on one of his fave meals. . . Here in the States, I call these Easy Cheesy Beef, Onion, & Potato Puff Pastry Pockets. Like a pasty, these puff pastry pockets contain lean beef and veggies. We used lauras_lean 96% Lean/4% Fat Ground Beef, onion, white potatoes, spices, and I added cheese because cheese makes everything better.
