Universal Orlando Resort is excited to welcome guests of every age to experience the vibrant world of How to Train Your Dragon – Isle of Berk, one of five immersive lands coming to the all-new Universal Epic Universe park opening in 2025. Drawing inspiration from DreamWorks Animation’s acclaimed and Academy Award–nominated trilogy, this richly detailed environment immerses visitors in the rugged, rocky realm where adventurous Vikings and spirited dragons coexist. Developed collaboratively by Universal Creative alongside the talented teams at DreamWorks Animation and Universal Pictures, Isle of Berk showcases expansive, handcrafted architecture, lush landscaping, and sweeping hills dotted with dragon roosts and Viking outposts. Everywhere you look, something is happening—dragons nesting in their lairs, sheep attempting to pass off as Terrible Terrors, and the occasional burst of flame—making the village itself a living, breathing attraction.
