Something BIG is coming to our museum. Literally. 💵 9 days away from “Mildred Howard: Poetics of Memory” opening, we're installing a giant version of one of the Bay Area artist's boldest early works—reimagining $100 bill with herself at the center. Opening June 12, this first major museum exhibition dedicated to Howard spans five decades of collage, sculpture, installation, and new never-before-seen works. From 13 foot tall sculptures to small collages, this is an exhibition you don’t want to miss! 🎟️ Tickets are now available—link in bio! 📍 Opens June 12, 2026 at the Oakland Museum of CA #OaklandMuseumCA #MildredHoward #PoeticsofMemory #BayAreaArtist #Museum #ArtExhibition #OaklandArt #ContemporaryArt #MuralArt #BehindTheScenes
