When I say I'm proud of this kid, it's an understatement. Not only is he able to talk about his mental health, he is also able to put steps in to make himself feel better. A bloody tough one. Also incredibly proud of my sister for raising him in an environment where he feels safe to talk about his emotions. What a day. What a win.
