Dream-pop demigods Slowdive are returning with their new album, everything is alive, on August 1.⁠ ⁠ Lead track "kisses" is out now –– and the band are also going on tour.⁠ ⁠ Guitarist and vocalist Neil Halstead says the track's breezy tone is reflective of the mood on everything is alive: “It wouldn’t feel right to make a really dark record right now.
