I have such a big backlog of photos from my camera I need to upload and edit 😅 Here’s some more from Death Valley National Park - Photo 1: Artist Palette, which is off of Artists Drive Scenic Loop. You can see it pretty much from the parking lot, but you can take the trails and get as close to it as you want. Definitely recommend going here and also seeing Badwater Basin, which is just down the street from here. Photo 2: Badwater Basin, the lowest point in North America -282 ft below sea level. Because we had Loki with us, Cody and I weren’t planning to hike to far onto the salt flats. But Kelsey and Sergio said it was worth it and they’d sit at the car with Loki, so off we went, and I agree it’s totally worth it. The famous Badwater Basin sign is right next to the parking lot, but if you walk less than a mile out on the salt flats, you get to this area which is way cooler than the beginning of the flats.
