LEADERS IN THE COMMUNITY Our Center for Women Program Director, Delilah Montalvo, is part of the Emerging Business Leaders (EBL) of Charlotte- Class 11, a program provided through the Charlotte Regional Business Alliance. As part of their homework, she and her team had to complete a group project where they interviewed two leaders in the community. Delilah and her teammates selected: Betsy Conway, Director, Lowe’s Foundation, and Mecklenburg County Commissioner, Pat Cotham.  Delilah says she’s truly enjoying being a part of the leadership and talent development program. The new class cycle began in January, and her class will graduate in July.
