More than 40 National Guard and Reserve employers and supervisors gathered in Eastern Idaho for Idaho ESGR's Eastern Idaho Boss Lift 2023. Boss Lift gives employers a first-hand look into what their Guardsmen and Reservist do away from work throughout their military training in an effort to strengthen relationships and mutual support. Employers are nominated by their service member employees in recognition of their ongoing support of the Idaho Army National Guard and for going above and beyond in their accommodations for their citizen soldiers. #bosses #bossesrule👌 #supportyourlocal #nationalguard #esgr #bosslift
