Command Sgt. Maj. Alice Randolph has been selected as the Idaho National Guard's next senior enlisted leader. She will replace Command Sgt. Maj. Scott White upon his retirement later this year. The senior enlisted leader is the Idaho National Guard's senior NCO and advises the adjutant general on all issues relating to the organization's enlisted members. White has served in the position since April 2021. The Homedale native has served in the military since 1994. Randolph will be the first female to serve as the state's senior enlisted leader. She currently serves as the NCOIC for the state's counterdrug program, a role she will maintain in addition to her new position. "Command Sgt. Maj. Randolph brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her new position," said Maj. Gen. Michael Garshak, adjutant general of Idaho. "She has made herself the obvious choice for this position through her hard work and commitment to our organization." #idahonationalguard #idaho #nationalguard #ida...
