Last week, members of the Idaho National Guard's honor guard presented the American and state flags during the national anthem at the Idaho Falls' annual tree lighting ceremony. Hundreds of visitors attended the event to watch the lights illuminate on a10-foot Christmas tree, which features ornaments dedicated to Idaho's fallen service members since September 9/11. Beverly McLendon, one of Idaho's Service Member and Family Support Services support specialists, has been assisting the Survivor Outreach Services in decorating the tree with fallen service member ornaments for the last four years. #idahonationalguard #idahofalls #community #holidayseason #honorguard #christmas
