Staff Sgt. Melissa Ketchum is a fulltime 92Y Unit Supply Specialist with the Idaho Army National Guard’s 1-183rd Assault Helicopter Battalion, a mother of three children, and a student at Boise State University. ⁣ ⁣ She finds time to earn a bachelors in multidisciplinary studies by taking online courses and evening courses at the BSU building on Gowen Field where she works during the day. It makes for a long day, but attending classes for free by using Federal Tuition Assistance makes it worth it, she said. ⁣ ⁣ “It’s amazing to be able to go to school and still provide for my family without having to worry about school debt.”⁣ ⁣ #idarng #idahonationalguard #nationalguard #boisestate #boisestateuniversity #boise #idaho #tuitionassistance #armynationalguard #collegestudent #armylife #goals #dreambig #momlife #student #studentloanssuck
