We are building up a variety of greeting cards for different holidays, observances, and occasions. This card is for a special person in your life…who also likes trains and puns. In this video, Jared letterpress printed greeting cards using a 4x6 Golding Official No. 2 tabletop printing press. The ink is red rubber base ink and the type font is 30 point Caslon. The text states, “Our love is the coal that makes this train roll!” Also included is an image from a photo engraving depicting a mid-1800s locomotive traveling by a town. The back of the card includes an image of a Washington hand press, our museum monogram, and the words “Printed at the Sacramento History Museum.” This card and other cards are available in our Museum Store! #SacHistoryMuseum #trains #museumtok #asmr #printing
