New on the blog: vegan strawberry muffins! 🍓These were actually supposed to be strawberry rhubarb, but we couldn’t find fresh rhubarb ANYWHERE last month (after going to like 4 different grocery stores a few times a week to check), so we eventually gave up and just went with strawberry. Luckily, they’re just as good, especially with a buttery almond streusel topping! If you’re lucky enough to have some fresh rhubarb on hand, you can sub half of the strawberries with rhubarb instead.
