Coming up on May 1st is the Big Day of Giving! Big Day of Giving is an 24-hour, Sacramento community-wide event that unites the region to raise funds for the nonprofits that strengthen the area. Your donation will go to support our educational school programs and our ongoing efforts to share history with our community! You don’t have to wait until May 1st as Early Giving is now open. Our museum is reliant on donations from viewers like you. Thank you for supporting the Sacramento History Museum! In this video, Jared letterpress printed “Early Giving starts now. Consider supporting the Sacramento History Museum BigDayOfGiving.org” in 60 point Caslon font. This was printed with black rubber base ink using our Washington hand press. #SacHistoryMuseum #BDOG2025 #BigDayofGiving #typography #sacramento #museum #History #letterpress #printingpress # #printing
