January 12th is National Pharmacist Day! Today recognizes and promotes the role of pharmacists in improving the health of others. For today, Howard letterpress printed a woodcut, made roughly 130 years ago, from Lewis Winter Collection. The woodcut is of a cross with Rx in the middle, which is the symbol for pharmacy. We are not sure why Winter kept the corners on the woodcut.
