YOU GUYS. We made homemade gluten free pasta with our new pasta maker, and it turned out so well!! 🎉🍝We used fresh beet juice to make it this gorgeous pink, then cooked it & tossed it in some carrot top pesto. Probably my all-time favorite recipe (so far) that we’ve made!! Fresh pasta is one of the foods we’ve missed most since having to remove gluten from our diets, but this was pretty darn close to the “real” thing. Full recipe coming to the blog tomorrow! It’s a great weekend project. (Unfortunately this recipe is not 100% vegan (contains egg) - we are working on a fully vegan + gf recipe as well but none of our experiments have worked thus far.
