Coming up on May 1st is the Big Day of Giving! Big Day of Giving is an 24-hour, Sacramento community-wide event that unites the region to raise funds for the nonprofits that strengthen the area. Your donation will go to support our educational school programs and our ongoing efforts to share history with our community! You don’t have to wait until May 1st as Early Giving is now open. Our museum is reliant on donations from viewers like you. Thank you for supporting the Sacramento History Museum! In this video, Zoey discusses some of our school programs, what students learn at the museum, and how your gift for Big Day of Giving can bring more history to more students. bigdayofgiving.org/organization/sachistorymuseum #BigDayOfGiving2025 #BDOG2025 #BigDayofGiving #SacHistoryMuseum #sacramento #museum #history #oldsac #oldsacramento
