December 16th is National Wreaths Across America Day! Wreaths Across America Day honors those that have served in the United States military and it is a coordinated effort at Arlington National Cemetery and 3,000 other cemeteries to have wreath-laying ceremonies at the gravesites of veterans. For today, Howard printed a unique holiday photo engraving that we have in our print shop exhibit. This was printed in green rubber base ink using our Washington hand press, which was made in 1852. #SacHistoryMuseum #WreathsAcrossAmericaDay #WreathsAcrossAmerica #wreath #wreaths #green #ink #letterpress #museumtok #sacramento #printing
