September 28th is National Good Neighbor Day and we are fortunate enough to have some great neighbors. One of the best things about Old Sacramento is that there are two wonderful museums next door to each other! Make sure when you plan your next visit to the Sacramento History Museum to also visit our neighbors, the California State Railroad Museum! We are both open 7 days a week from 10am to 5pm! For today, Jared letterpress printed a modern photo engraving that was used to print promotional materials for an event in Old Sacramento over 20 years ago. The cut shows the Pony Express statue, one of locomotives at the Railroad Museum, and some of the historic buildings in the district.
