November 29, 1924 On this day in 1924, the Glenn Dairy Company opened their milk pasteurizing and bottling plant at the southwest corner of Q and 31st Streets (today Alhambra Boulevard). It was owned and operated by C. P. Inderkum and Edwin Betschart.
