It’s always rewarding to revisit projects after completion and see the impact they’ve had on the community. Earlier this month, we had the opportunity to celebrate the official Grand Opening of McHardy Housing Co-op. The Kindred team joined Community Land Trust (CLT), funding partners, project consultants, and new co-op members to mark the completion of 102 new co-op homes in East Vancouver. 5085 McHardy was made possible through the collaboration and dedication of many partners working toward a shared vision. It was meaningful to reconnect with the project team and reflect on what was achieved together. We’re proud to have been part of this project and to return for such an important milestone. Seeing the completed building and the community that is beginning to form around it was a great reminder of the lasting impact these projects can have. #KindredConstruction #teambuilt #vancouverconstruction
