Join the Shingle Springs Band of Miwok Indians Cultural Resources Division on Saturday, September 30th, from 11am to 3pm at the Sacramento History Museum to recognize the Tribal artists and individuals that helped create the Mómtim Péwinan exhibit, curated by the Exhibits and Collections Center, to celebrate the gifts of the river that flow through Nisenan land. The event will open at 11am with a Tribal Welcome, followed by an exhibit viewing with the curatorial team.
