Foyle and Marine Dredging long reach Hitachi EX1200. The machine has a 40 metre or 131 foot reach. Although the bucket looks small it’s a standard sized digging bucket for a 40 tonne class excavator. I was given the chance to operate it for a while and you really don’t appreciate how smooth and coordinated you need to be compared to a standard excavator. #foyleandmarinedredging #dredging #excavator #hitachiexcavator #hitachiex1200 #longreachexcavator #heavyequipment #machinery
