There is always so much pressure on athletes that are excepted to be the best because they have more to lose, and I will admit I lost a lot during this meet. I set very high expectations for myself and sometimes I think i forget when I don’t meet them, it doesn’t mean I’m not as good of an athlete as I thought I was. It’s because it all just a test. The best will face loses because the only way to be the best is to learn and choose to change.
