The UBC Climate Action Mobilizers’ two workshops with the Youth Space of White Rock/South Surrey led to Bakerview: A Place for You 🌳, our Creative Lab community event in Bakerview Park! Take a walk through the event to see the fun activities we ran – Park Origami ✂️ and a Survey Wall 📝 – and some of the ideas for park improvements we gathered from those who came through, from kids to seniors… like a zoo 🦓 (👀), pond 🌊, off-leash area for dogs 🐶, movie nights 🍿 and concerts 🎤 #UBCClimateActionMobilizers #UBC #UBCVancouver #SouthSurrey #YouthSpace #WhiteRock #BakerviewPark #Vancouver
