After taking the 2019 season off to recover from a shoulder surgery and focus on his mobility, USATF athlete Capers Williamson, has been training relentlessly in preparation for the 2020 Olympic Games in Tokyo. He has completely overhauled his diet, almost tripling his daily caloric intake, and has been extremely disciplined with his recovery techniques to compliment the intense strength training demands of USPC programming. In just two short months Capers has gained 16 lbs of lean weight, increased his max vertical to 38 inches, added 55 lbs to his squat max, and added almost 70 lbs to his deadlift. The next step will be to turn his increased strength into additional power so that he can throw 85m+ in Tokyo! Discipline, consistency, hard work, and dedication breed results. #MondayMotivation #USATF #2020Olympics #javelin #USPC #WeProduceResults
