OINP Draw Changes For 2 Express Entry Streams The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP), Ontario’s official provincial nominee program (PNP), made changes to align their streams similar to federal Express Entry targeted draws. The OINP made changes to the requirements to qualify for targeted draws under the Skilled Trades stream and the Human Capital Priorities (HCP) stream, similar to targeted Express Entry draws. Now candidates in the express entry pool will be targeted under the skilled trades stream and HCP stream if they have at least 6 months of experience (previously 1 year) in the primary occupation.
