We're serving up straight fish today! I test alexhshapiro on knife skills before I show him how to perfectly sear a salmon filet! Here's the recipe: Two 8-ounce salmon filets Kosher salt, to taste 3 tablespoons olive oil 3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced 1/2 serrano chile, thinly sliced 8 ounces snow peas 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces 1 large radish, quartered and thinly sliced 1 lemon, juiced and zested 1. Pat filets dry and season well with salt. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet. Sear fish, flipping once, until golden and cooked to medium, about 3 minutes per side. 2. Transfer fish to a plate and add the sliced garlic and chile to the pan. Cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds, then add snowpes, asparagus, radish and salt. Continue to cook, stirring often, until tender, about 5 minutes. 3. Stir in lemon juice and zest, then season with salt. Divide between plates and serve with salmon. . . #ccokingbaesics #feedfeed #cookingvideo #recipevideo #instagay #gay...
