Morning everyone! I can finally tell you that my boyfriend and I have just bought this beautiful 10 acre property in East Sussex! It has a farm house, an oast house, two barns (which we’ll convert), various other outbuildings, a kitchen garden, woodland, a water meadow, a river, a small lake and an orchard - and we have two chickens!!! We’ve named it Little Wild, as it’s absolutely brimming with wildlife and we want to keep big areas of it wild. There’s even a family of deer living in the woodland. We’ll just be there part time for now while we build on our idea to make it into a beautiful place of refuge for people and animals. A place to come for some peace, rest and rejuvenation. And also a place for creatives - artists, musicians, photographers, film makers, etc. There’s a lot of work to be done to it and we have virtually no furniture yet, but watch this space.
