Morning everyone! Spring is here! Spring has sprung and I have a spring in my step! Especially after having my 1st dose of Covid vax on Thursday. I had horrible side effects (more common among women, especially younger women and especially after the 1st dose of the AstraZeneca one), but I’ve woken up this morning feeling a million times better. Roll on the second dose. I never show you this side of our kitchen/diner, because frankly I’m dissatisfied with it. Although it’s looking much prettier at the moment, because my lovely friend Jo wildsidelondon left me a little surprise of a gorgeous bunch of Spring flowers on my doorstep a couple of days ago - it’s soooo lovely to have real flowers in the flat! Anyway, as we’re in a rental I can’t change any of the structure of the kitchen - all I’ve done so far is paint the walls and cupboards and changed the handles. What I really want to do now is cover the metal splash back with some self adhesive removable tiles, which are heat proof, ...
