Morning! As we get closer to lockdown dissolution, Coco is getting sooo excited about having sleepovers again! So we’ve styling up her sofa bed to make it really nice for when her friends come to stay, which has given her a lovely little pick me up. But we realised she needed a bedside table for it, so I whipped this one from Zach’s room (he hasn’t noticed 😂) and gave it a quick upcycle with fantastic gold spray paint - and I LOVE IT! In fact, this is the table’s third incarnation. I originally bought it from Habitat for a product shoot 6 years ago - it had a plain bamboo top and white legs. So then I painted a translucent white glaze on the top and painted the legs black. And now the top is gold and has become the Crown Jewel amongst our side tables! It’s so fab to be able to glorify in the fruits of your labour! Oh I also changed the plug socket fascia from old white plastic to gold, which also makes soooo much difference. And of course Duffy has reserved the first sleepover...
