Morning everyone! Time is on my side today, because it’s SUNDAY!! So before the kids even wake up, I’ve got time to go for a long run, well, long-ish run, ok jog - and then soak my aching muscles in perfect stillness in a long hot salty bath. Honestly, this is my favourite way to start a Sunday. And frankly, I need it today, because I thought I was coping with lockdown 3 pretty well, but for the last two days in a row I’ve discovered half way through the day that I’ve put my knickers on backwards!!
