Morning everyone! We’re back from Scotland and feeling goooood after lots of fresh air and trying new things like paddle boarding and white water rafting. I’m actually half Scots as my dad’s from Glasgow, so as kids we visited regularly, but the Glasgow of 40yrs ago is very different from the absolutely stunning area of Perth and Pitlochry we were staying in this week. I mean really breathtaking in its cinematic beauty. I actually hadn’t realised Scotland could be quite so beautiful! We had pristine blue skies almost the whole time, giving us wonderful summer nights eating in the garden with loads of kids running around having the time of their lives. I do wonder if COVID will ultimately be positive for the UK tourist industry, as so many of us will have discovered and rediscovered how wonderful it is to holiday here. . .
