Happy Easter everyone! Breakfast laid out for the kids, with the sun streaming in! Coco spent hours making this adorable yellow Easter cake all by herself yesterday and insisted it was entirely appropriate to eat it for breakfast, so here we go 😂 . . I actually had to take a few days off Instagram, because I realised I had lost control of the flat - the WHOLE place was a mess - and had lost control of my time. The moment of realization came when I was cooking dinner, while talking to a friend on speaker phone and trying to engage with Instagram comments all at the same time - and then I realised I had accidentally used icing sugar instead of flower to thicken the sauce of my vegetable stew! 😩😂 Hopefully my cooking will be more successful today! . . Actually, I managed to rescue it, but enough was enough, so I put my phone down, tidied and cleaned the whole flat, played lots of table tennis with the kids and now I feel calm and relaxed. Rejoice!
