Morning everyone! Do you think I’ve gone too far with ‘bringing the outside in’?! 😂 Well actually, none of this is in fact the ‘outside’, because who can really afford shed loads of fresh flowers constantly during these times? Or any time?! But I do have a growing collection of stunning faux flowers, which are just brilliant. Interestingly, I find they have almost the same effect on me as real ones in terms of the joy they bring to a home. They’re a fab way of adding some easy extra colour, you can move them around for different looks and feels - and they never die!! They’re a bit like the final sprinkly decorations on top of a cake - they add that final prettiness and delight. So important for our souls at the moment! The only thing missing of course is the scent. But hey, we can use diffusers and scented candles for now. . . So on Wednesdays, we ... actually who knows anymore! Survive?!
