Morning everyone! So this was a scruffy, white, nothing space, with a sort of cubby hole at the back, where I kept storing boxes that I didn’t know what else to do with. It’s the landing between my kids’ bedrooms (with both doors firmly shut! 😂), which sits at the top of the blue stairs. . . So I decided to dress it up with the same gorgeous Smalt blue from Little Greene that I used on the stair risers and a leftover paper snowflake from Christmas! So now it is no longer a snowflake, but a star - or a flower - or something perhaps more Spring like! Whatever it is, I love it against the bright blue. . . Then amazingly, I found this little zebra rug on Amazon that fit the floor space PERFECTLY!! The cream carpet underneath needed to be covered to protect it, because in a rented property with kids running back and forth over it, it was never going to survive the deposit. . . To finish it all off you need a puppy of course - and combined with the zebra rug, you get pure animal magic! (Tad...
