I’ve realized my grid is starting to go very green and blue at the moment! I absolutely love this colour combination, but I find I actually need these colours around me a lot when I’m feeling tired or under the weather - both of which I’m feeling at the moment, as we have the last big push for getting the Crystal Palace Artists’ Open House ready!! Blues and greens are calming colours, lower our blood pressure, boost health and are easy for our eyes to adjust to, so they are the perfect colours to have around you when your health needs supporting.
