Do you find that sometimes you can be inspired by what’s right outside your window? As my bedroom is East facing and overlooks woods at the back of the garden, I watch the rosy glow of sunrise gradually emerge from behind the trees each morning and somehow it never fails to fill me with hope and a sense of anticipation for the day ahead. This is what has inspired my new print of Blue Jay. Originally commissioned by adventure sailing company, rubicon_3_sailing, for their latest yacht, the Blue Jay is flying with such intent and purpose as a new day begins, that I have named him Hope.
