APRICOT POPSICLES🍑 one of the many treats I made at #pastryschool I am allergic to apricots so I only got to try a little bite of these, but they are basically a more delicate version of a cheesecake on a stick. Surprisingly, we used cottage cheese as a base for the mousse! I’m not really a fan of cottage cheese, but this tasted really good😌 👩🏻‍🍳I can adapt the recipe to a different flavor — any ideas?
