“Behold my Beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased, in whom I have glorified my name—hear ye him” (3 Nephi 11:7). Jesus Christ is not just a prophet or teacher. He plays a central role in God’s plan of salvation for each of us. He is the Beloved Son of God. As such, He holds the power and authority to teach, heal, and save. Just as the Nephites were invited to “hear Him,” we too are encouraged to seek His guidance in our daily lives. By doing so, we can find peace, direction, and strength to navigate the challenges we face. The love and approval that God the Father expressed for Jesus Christ reflects the love He has for all His children, inviting us to draw closer to Him through His Beloved Son.
