In Mosiah 4:30, King Benjamin urges us to monitor our actions, thoughts, and words.
Although our world is much different today than it was in King Benjamin’s time, his message is still just as important.
Elder Ronald A. Rasband recently taught, “Our words can be supportive or angry, joyful or mean, compassionate or tossed aside. In the heat of the moment, words can sting and sink painfully deep into the soul—and stay there” (general conference, Apr. 2024).
Our interactions extend far beyond face-to-face encounters. Instead of building barriers of division, may we choose to spread positivity and kindness in our interactions.
How has someone’s act of kindness blessed your life?
