God wants to hear from us and answer our prayers. He loves us so much that He has given us a promise: “Ask, and it shall be given unto you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you. For every one that asketh, receiveth; and he that seeketh, findeth; and to him that knocketh, it shall be opened” (3 Nephi 14:7–8). This promise is for us today, with our unique challenges and opportunities. God is not far away. He is near and ready to bless us as we come unto Him. But how do we ask, seek, and knock? How do we show our faith and trust in His will? How do we recognize His answers when they come? The answer is simple: we pray, search the scriptures, and act on the promptings we receive. As we do these things, in good times and in bad times, God promises to answer our prayers. #thebookofmormon #BOM #verseoftheday #trustinthelord
