When Alma visited the city Antionum, he observed the Zoramites only prayed once a week and repeated the same prayer each time they prayed. Christ teaches us in 3 Nephi 13:7, “But when ye pray, use not vain repetitions.” Prayer is a sacred time to connect to your Heavenly Father. Open your heart and mind, and share the sincere desires of your heart with Him. As you sincerely pray to Him, you can find peace and clarity, and you can feel His love for you each day.
