Day 2, Topic: Responding vs Reacting
After practicing yoga, do you find that you are better able to mindfully respond rather than react to things and people around you? If yes, why is that? Do you think this is something that more people would like to be able to do? In what situations would this be helpful/is it helpful for you (examples might be: work place, parenting, teaching this skill to kids, etc.)?
