In celebration of Women’s History Month, we sat down with Cheryl Peisach, Co-founder of Passion Growers, to learn about the roots of her horticulture business and the significance of women in floral. “The floral industry has always been, and continues to be, a rewarding career for women. It may seem logical that women represent a majority of workers in this industry, but in our organization, women really play a key role at all levels. Women have key leadership roles at our farms, on our financial team and on our sales staff. We hope that these amazing female leaders set an example to motivate and mentor the next generation of young women to believe in themselves and their possibilities.
