Today I did a new #ArtofRhyme workshop at Bayside MLK in Marin City focusing on the power of the WORD. We started with talking about the word and things we use it for. I showed examples of spoken word, rap, and a song. After recess we got into the "rhyme rotation" activity I created which got all the students really involved...even the ones that are more shy so that's always a good feeling. This will be my last class with these students and I'm gonna miss them. . . . Remember, you can come take class with me tonight too in Berkeley.
