#UPDATE 3 weeks post wbffsouthafrica and have been slowly adding calories back in my diet. I cant say its been easy. Knowing that the next time i step on stage is only in August 2019 makes it so much harder to not just let loose and enjoy loads of good food, but there is still this drive, hunger and focus inside me to work towards what will be the biggest show of my life. Will it be easy? NO! Will i fail sometimes? YES! But will i give up on achieving my goals? HELL NO! I have an amazing support system around me so big thanks to: My gorgeous wife candy_j13 Amazing coach vic_alley_gts Sponsors: gaspari gaspari_sa richgaspari xtremenutritionsa bluediamondalmondssa charles_junior_louw brad_bodsworth cindy_bodsworth kphillipsxtreme ludusathleisure #wbffworlds #2019 #musclemodel #procard #love #gaspari #teamgaspari #teamalleysway #teamsmith #teamxtreme #instaphoto #instagood #instagram #bestoftheday #photooftheday #picoftheday #sun #vegas #show #fitness #travel #goals
