#transformationtuesday In jan i started a 3 month bulk where i took my weight from 92kg to 101kg by end of march. Am sitting on a very comfortable 96.5kg at the moment. Cant say its been the easiest process and it def hasnt been smooth sailing BUT its def been worth it.
